There is a serious problem of healthy recreation of young people. Often teenagers do not know that they can use their free time for the benefit of themselves and the society. It is this problem that the "Fan Festival” project is addressed to. This is a festival of fan clubs, non-profit and informal youth associations.

“LIVING HISTORY”, history reconstruction project
realized by the Lipetsk Regional Youth NGO “Military and Historical Club ‘Kopie’ (spear)”
In the course of the project implementation, the children, in an entertaining form, will: study the history of both the native country and foreign states (it will be a source of patriotism as well as respect for the culture of other countries); go in for sport (historical reconstruction festivals include historical fencing tournaments, Glima wrestling contests etc).; learn some crafts (in the process of reconstruction, people can learn blacksmith's work, pottery, as well as joinery and carpentry, etc.

"Dancing at the fountain"

We propose to organize outdoor dance events for young people every 2nd and 4th Friday of the month. Many youth creative groups and representatives of the current youth subcultures will promote healthy lifestyles.

Volunteers are expected to plant a flower bed in the form of a red ribbon - a symbol of solidarity with people living with HIV and AIDS, and organize a charity concert, which we hope will attract the attention of young people and the local residents to the HIV issue.

This is a unique project, which will raise the awareness of youth about HIV and AIDS. The work on the “Route of Safety” project will result in organizing entirely new preventive events in the field of health protection and HIV prevention.
