Barnaul students are going to establish a fund for orphans

About 20 students, mostly students of Altai State University, are going to help the orphanages and needy kids from the Altai schools. The Fund will be a kind of collector of money and just necessary things to be shared between agencies. Now the guys are getting papers to officially register their organization and are looking for a place where they will hold meetings and collect donations.

Sergei Astanin, the Fund Manager:
“To ensure that our society be really a civil society, we - its youngest part - must support those who are most in need of care. There are a lot of actions aimed at providing help to orphanages, and we want to make the process orderly and regular. We have been already joined by some of the sponsors; soon we will organize the first visit to an orphanage; in addition, we are planning to take a few schools of the city under our patronage.”
